Nell’Agosto 2024 WEST, ha partecipato alla conferenza IGHEM (International Group of Hydraulic Efficiency Measurements) 2024 a Vancouver. Current Meters Discharge Measurements Downstream the Units – Test Cases and General Evaluations.

Nell’ Ottobre 2018 WEST, sensibile ai processi normativi e di qualità, ha organizzato il Plenary meeting of the IEC/TC4 Hydraulic Turbines

W.E.S.T. è membro attivo come Vice Presidente dell’ IGHEM (International Group of Hydraulic Efficiency Measurements).
Nell’Ottobre 2008 WEST, precorrendo le importanti tematiche ambientali, ha organizzato la conferenza IGHEM 2008 a Milano.
