W.E.S.T. is a member of the C.E.I. Italian Electrotechnical Committee and has representatives on the Technical Committees CT2, CT4, CT5, CT14. W.E.S.T. members are delegated to represent Italy in the I.E.C. (International Electrotechnical Committee) in numerous WGs. The competence of W.E.S.T. therefore has a concrete effect on the regulatory review and on the Italian vote for the acceptance of new regulations.
